Silver coated copper powder introduces advanced chemical plating technology from abroad, selects German molding and surface treatment equipment, and forms silver coatings of different thicknesses on the surface of ultrafine copper powder; Compared with similar products, it has good antioxidant performance, good conductivity, low resistivity, high dispersibility, and high stability; It not only overcomes the defects of easy oxidation of copper powder, but also solves the problems of high price and easy migration of silver powder. It is a highly conductive material with great development prospects, and is an ideal conductive powder with high cost-effectiveness that replaces silver with copper.

This product adopts an environmentally friendly cyanide free chemical plating process to develop a silver copper powder with good conductivity. The volume resistivity of the powder is less than 2 × 10-3 Ω. cm, a conductive coating made from this powder as a filler, with high conductivity (volume resistivity of 5 when the weight ratio of conductive filler to resin is 75:25) × 10-3 Ω. cm), strong migration resistance (nearly 100 times higher than ordinary silver powder conductive coatings), stable conductivity (after 1000 hours of 100% humidity test at 60 ℃, the volume resistivity increase is less than 20%).
